Having agreed the project design we will produce detailed drawing packages and performance specifications for construction. In conjunction with this and prior to construction, we will apply for landlord consent and building control and planning approvals from the appropriate statutory bodies.

As soon as consent is received we will distribute tender information to appropriate contractors and suppliers which may also include your incumbent suppliers.

We will make recommendations based on price, quality and programme and advise on the best form of contract to provide you with optimum service and protection.

Client impartiality is not compromised whilst we negotiate the most appropriate deal.

When terms are agreed with the appropriate suppliers and health and safety arrangements are in place, work can begin on site. We will chair site meetings and provide full project management services, including:
