They will produce initial plans, visuals and mood boards. They will take into account your company’s need for flexibility, functionality and durability. Recommendations will be made on furniture and all internal fixtures, fittings and finishes.

CAD and construction drawings will be produced with your approval throughout the process. We will generate 3D and virtual fly-through visuals of high profile areas and working drawings for all elements including mechanical and electrical services, and network infrastructure.

We will ‘value engineer’ the final specification to ensure cost effectiveness and buildability against agreed standards of quality. All proposals will be fully compliant with current building, planning and disability legislation and energy efficiency directives.
