Steve Wickham – Project Director

Steve is a seasoned business entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience of setting up, developing and managing small businesses. He was Managing Director of Xerox Business Centres for over ten years followed by four years in systems furniture with Herman Miller and Ahrend. Prior to setting up The Interior Works with Ben and Mary in 2002, he worked for five years managing high growth interior construction businesses in London as Commercial Director of Morgan Lovell and later Modus Group. Steve is also a professional consultant to the design and build industry and has helped many companies develop and focus their client services.

Ben Clover MRICS – Project Director

Ben graduated in Urban Land Economics and worked as a general practice surveyor with Dunlop Heywood, Weatheralls and Edwin Hill where he developed his interest in all aspects of commercial property management. After leaving general practice he spent five years working in project management roles in the interior construction business advising multinational companies on all aspects of corporate relocation. Ben is still well connected into commercial property agency. His professional qualifications, property skills and contact network provide significant added value to client relationships.

Mary Christou – ICT Services – Project Director

Mary is a hugely experienced member of the management team and specialises in the integration of information and communication technologies into the built environment. She has worked at a senior level with a number of workplace construction companies more recently as an IT Director.
